Declan Devine’s reign as manager of Bohemians didn’t quite get off to a perfect start on Friday night, although there was plenty of drama as the Gypsies scored late to draw 2-2 with Finn Harps at Dalymount Park.

Ethon Varian put the home side in front in the second half only for Harps to overturn the deficit with a quickfire doubly from Ethan Boyle and Filip Mihaljevic.

It looked like Harps would hold out for the win but a mistake by goalkeeper James McKeown allowed Declan McDaid in to score an equaliser late on.
