Treaty United have announced the signing of Enda Curran ahead of the 2022 League of Ireland First Division season.

The striker returns to the League of Ireland having last played for Galway United during the 2020 season in the First Division, scoring three goals during that campaign.

Curran began his career with Mervue United in 2010 before moving across his hometown to join Galway United in 2011.

He went on to play for Salthill Devon, Athlone Town and Derry City, returning to the newly reformed Galway United midway through the 2014 season and helping the club to promotion to the Premier Division.

The 29 year old remained with Galway United until the end of the 2016 season before moving on to Longford Town and a second spell with Athlone Town before a return to Mervue United in 2018.

Treaty United begin their season with a trip to Wexford on Friday, 18 February (kick-off 7.45pm).
