Treaty United unveil Niall Connolly as new first-team boss
2020 FAI Cup semi-finalists Treaty United have appointed Niall Connolly have appointed Niall Connolly as the club’s new first-team manager.
Connolly takes over from former manager Dave Rooney who left his role at the club in the past week.
Treaty United reached the FAI Cup semi-final in 2020, losing against Cork City in the last-four at Bishopstown.
'Firstly, I want to thank the board members of Treaty United for showing the belief in appointing me as Senior Women’s Manager,” Connolly said after being appointed as new Treaty United first-team boss.
“I'm truly privileged by their faith in my ability to execute the clubs long term vision.
“Secondly, I look forward to embracing the exciting challenges of developing the club in the Women's National League and creating a level of performance both on and off the pitch that represents Treaty United in the Mid-West Munster region proudly.”
