Stephen Bradley to miss FAI Cup final with suspension should Shamrock Rovers qualify
Shamrock Rovers Head Coach Stephen Bradley has been handed a two-game touchline ban ahead of Sunday’s FAI Cup semi-final against Sligo Rovers.
Should Shamrock Rovers defeat Sligo on Sunday, Bradley will be forced to watch the FAI Cup Final from the stands at the Aviva Stadium.
Bradley was sent to the stands at the end of the Hoops’ final league game of the season against Shelbourne at Tolka Park and received an automatic one match ban.
And he has since been handed with an additional two-game ban, begining this week, meaning that he will miss Sunday’s semi-final against Sligo Rovers.
Should his side see off the Bit O’Red, he will also miss the FAI Cup final due to take place next weekend at the Aviva Stadium. The winner of that semi-final will be the home team in the cup final.
Meanwhile, Athlone Town duo Tumelo Tlou and Taner Dogan will miss their FAI Cup semi-final against Dundalk with suspension.
