Former Ireland under-21 goalkeeper Conor Kearns departs St Patrick's Athletic

Republic of Ireland under-21 international Conor Kearns has confirmed that he has left St Patrick’s Athletic following the conclusion of the 2020 season.

Kearns joined the Athletic from UCD after the end of the 2019 campaign, but he struggled to get game-time between the sticks for Stephen O’Donnell’s side.

He made one appearance for the Saints in the cup as they lost away to Finn Harps in the first round.

And on Twitter this evening, he said: “Thanks to everyone who helped me during my time at St Patrick’s Athletic, time for a new challenge now.”
