Midfielder Jack Henderson joins Bangor

Jack Henderson joins The Seasiders having most recently played with Glentoran. He has also been capped at underage international level.

The 19-year-old midfielder will also be joined at the North Down club by Jack Mallin.

Mallin has previously played with Bangor, having won the Ballymena & Provincial League with the club in 2019.

He spent last season with Knockbreda, making a handful of league appearances for the East Belfast club.

Bangor achieved notable success during the nineties, finishing second in the Irish League in 1992 and subsequently winning the Irish Cup in 1993, however the club have struggled in more recent years.

They were fourth in the NIFL Premier Intermediate League table before games were halted in March.
