St Pats snap up Jordan Gibson and David Titov ahead of Friday's restart

Premier Division St Patrick’s Athletic have snapped up the duo of Jordan Gibson and David Titov ahead of this weekend’s restart.

22-year-old Gibson links up with the Inchicore outfit after recently being with Bradford City, Stevenage and Glasgow Rangers in recent years.

Latvian Titov joins the Athletic after being at Brentford for a five-year stint and also boasts underage caps for Latvia up to under-21 level.

The duo will be in contention to make their League of Ireland debuts tomorrow evening against Dundalk at Oriel Park.

However, recent loan recruit Georgie Kelly will be unavailable to play against his parent club on Friday night.

"I'm delighted to get both Jordan and David signed,” Stephen O’Donnell told his club’s media team.

“They are both going to be quality additions to the squad. I look forward to working with them over the next few months.

"They have both come here to play first team football, and hopefully they can show the league and St Pat's fans what they can do.

“So overall we are delighted to get their signatures over the line and we are looking forward to working with them on the training pitch."
