First Division Cabinteely re-sign winger Paul Fox

Midfielder Paul Fox joins club captain Conor Keeley as the latest signing as he signs with Cabinteely for the fifth season running.

As a result, he has become the Green and White’s longest continually serving first team player since his arrival in 2016.

The club-grown 20 year old has made 50 appearances and scored four goals for the club since joining the senior ranks from their academy in 2016.

Speaking with Cabinteely’s media team, the youngster said; “I’m very happy here and happy to be back. I’m looking forward to the new season.

“I’m only 20 I still have a lot to learn although It’s good to have a few seasons under my belt already as it’s all experience.

“We finished the season quite strong last year so hopefully we can bring that into this season and have a go at it,” he continued.

“Hopefully we build on last season, we kept a lot of the lads from last season and yea we lost a couple but that what happens in football.”
