Sligo Rovers 2015 squad numbers unveiled

Sligo Rovers have revealed a squad of 25 players for their upcoming 2015 SSE Airtricity Premier Division campaign, as eight new signings take up squad numbers for Owen Heary's first year in charge.

 

Former Athlone Town goalkeeper Ryan Coulter steps into the number 1 shirt vacated by the departed Gary Rogers, while Stephen Folan will wear the number 5 jersey as the defender joins up with his fellow Galwegians Alan Keane and John Russell.

 

Kevin Devaney returns to the North West after nearly four years away and is handed the number 7 shirt, while another former Bohemians man Dinny Corcoran will be expected to be amongst the goals while wearing the number 9.

 

Midfielders Eoin Wearen and Keith Ward will occupy the number 11 and number 17 slots respectively. Recent signing Morton Nielsen takes the number 21, while the fourth former Bohs man to head for the Yeats County, Steven Beattie, will wear number 22.
