Shola ’s Biography
Shola is a Nigerian international striker who came to England with his parents at the age of five. He is a product of the Newcastle United Academy, which he attended from the age of 13, and Walker Central Boys' Club. He made his Newcastle first team debut against Chelsea in September 2000. Shola went on to make 314 league appearances in 14 years at St James' Park, leaving the club at the end of the 2013/14 season. He was also part of the Nigerian squad at the 2014 World Cup Finals in Brazil.
