Fiona’s Biography
Fiona played with Peamount United's WU17 team in 2018 and 2019 and moved to Athlone Town in 2020. She made 4 league appearances for the Midlanders in 2020 and became a regular in 2021, making 21 league and Cup appearances.
In 2022 Fiona was the first choice right back in an Athlone side that finished runners up in both the League and the Cup, and although she was assigned the no.2 shirt for 2023 she didn't make a senior appearance that year.
Having missed 2023, Fiona regained her fitness ahead of 2024. But when Shamrock Robers lost right-back Jess Gargan to Shelbourne, Fiona was signed by the Hoops just days before the opening game of the season.
