Lee’s Biography

Lee signed for Shelbourne from Ballymun United in June 2014 and made his league debut away to Longford Town on 5 July 2014. He scored his first league goal two weeks later in a 2-0 win over Shamrock Rovers B at Tallaght Stadium and he ended the season with three league goals from 7 league appearances. He left Shelbourne in December 2014 and followed Johnny McDonnell to Drogheda United.

Lee scored on his senior debut for Drogheda United, in a Leinster Senior Cup tie against Longford Town on 23 February 2015. He went on to score seven goals in twenty-six league appearances for the club but his goals couldn't prevent Drogheda United being relegated on the last day of the season. In November 2015, Lee moved to Longford Town. Lee's debut for Longford was delayed by injury but he made his first appearance for them against Derry City on 16 April 2016 and he finished the season with one goal from 11 league appearances.

In January 2017 Lee signed for newly relegated Wexford Youths. Lee left the club in June of that same year after making just 9 appearances for Wexford, with 3 of those coming from the bench. He scored one goal in his time there.

Duffy returned to the Drogs in 2018, playing 18 times and scored three as they reached the semi-finals of the play-offs before bowing out to Finn Harps.

In January 2019, Duffy signed for Northern Irish Premiership side Warrenpoint Town and he was with them until the Summer of that year when he transferred to Newry City. Lee left Newry in January 2020.

In July 2020, Lee signed with Athlone Town ahead of the League of Ireland re-start, and he played with the Midlands club until the end of the 2021 season.
