Rhys’s Biography
Rhys signed for Shamrock Rovers in January 2020 for a five figure sum from Glenavon. He managed 4 goals in 22 appearances in his final season with Glenavon. Overall he appeared 225 league appearances, winning the Irish Cup in 2014 and 2016. He turned down a four year deal, with the option of a testimonial in his final year, from Glenavon in favour of a switch to full time football with Shamrock Rovers.
In December 2020, he left Shamrock Rovers and joined Glentoran for an apparent transfer fee.
