Wojciech’s Biography
Wojciech is a Polish goalkeeper who began his career in the youth system at Legia Warsaw before joining the youth academy at Arsenal in 2006. He made his debut for the club in a League Cup game against West Bromwich Albion on 22 September 2009 before going on loan to Brentford FC where he had made 28 league appearances by the end of the 2009/10 season.
On his return to Arsenal Wojciech gradually became Arsenal's first choice keeper, making over 100 league appearances during his time at the club. He went out on loan to Serie A side Roma for the 2015/16 season and was with them when he was included in Poland's squad for the 2016 European Championship.
In 2016/17 he returned to Roma for a second season on loan and in the Summer of 2017 he left Arsenal permanently and signed for Juventus.
He made his international debut for Poland against Canada in November 2009.
