Denise’s Biography
Denise began her career at Cork club Wilton United was a member of the Cork Women's FC for the inaugural 2011 Women's National League. She played with Cork for two seasons before moving to Glasgow City in June 2013 where she reached the last 16 and quarter-finals of the Champions League in the 2013/14 and 2014/15 seasons respectively.
In February 2016, Denise moved to America to join Houston Dash and after one season with them she moved on, signing for North Carolina Courage in July 2017. She made over 100 appearances there and also had loan spells at Australian sides Canberra United and Western Sydney Wanderers.
In September 2020 Denise went on loan again, this time at English side Brighton and Hove Albion, returning to the US in January 2021.
Denise has been capped by the Republic of Ireland and by the end of 2022 she had scored 19 times in 98 international appearances.
