Cork to take on Leeds in Friendly

Cork City will take on a Leeds United XI in a pre-season friendly in Turner’s Cross on Thursday 7th February at 7:45 pm.

 

Tickets for the match will be priced at €13 for adults, €8 for students and €5 for children (under 13) and OAPs.  They will be on sale from the club shop in Douglas Village Shopping Centre and the club office in Bishopstown. They will also be available online from Ticketmaster.

 

There will also be a €2 discount on adult tickets for FORAS trustees and season ticket holders until Monday 28th January.

 

City have made some good signings in the off-season as well as keeping on a lot of their squad from last season. This will be an opportunity for Tommy Dunne to assess their Setanta Cup campaign kicks off four days later.

 

The squad that Leeds are expected to bring over will comprise of talented young professionals looking to break into the first team.
