Jack Watson and Tristan Noack-Hofmann join the Seagulls as Brandon McCann re-signs

First Division Bray Wanderers have continued their off-season recruitment drive with the signing of former Longford Town and Cabinteely duo Tristan Noack-Hofmann and Jack Watson.

Meanwhile, Brandon McCann has also re-signed for another season at the Carlisle Grounds – having emerged as a key player for the Seagulls towards the end of the 2019 campaign.

Noack-Hofmann joins the Co. Wicklow outfit after he brought an end to his four-year spell at his hometown club Longford.

His final appearance for the Midlander’s came in the final league game of the season away to Cobh Ramblers.

Following the arrival of Anto Breslin to the Strokestown Road venue, the Irish Colleges and Universities international found game time limited with Longford, before he eventually left the club.

The 21-year-old will now link up with his former assistant manager at Longford in Gary Cronin at Bray.

Jack Watson has also joined the Quinsborough Road outfit from fellow First Division outfit Cabinteely.

The Carlow native joins the Seagulls following a three-year spell with Cabo. While at the Green and White’s, Watson made 67 appearances scoring eight goals.

The 23-year-old’s last game for Cabo came in August’s 3-0 home win over Limerick as his season was cut short with injury.

In addition, forward Brandon McCann has re-signed for the Seagulls after making eight appearances in 2019 for Cronin’s side.

He scored once for the Carlisle Grounds outfit this year, with his solitary strike coming in the comprehensive 5-1 win away to Wexford at Ferrycarrig Park.
